Hillcrest takes pride in the quality of its staff. Staff are handpicked from our school’s existing teaching staff, experienced camp counselors from previous summers and student teachers from Early Childhood Education programs.

The majority of our staff are at least 19 years old, with the required maturity and tolerance to protect and nurture our young campers. All staff are extensively screened – including background checks with local authorities – to ensure they are well suited to care for your child.

As well, all Hillcrest staff are trained and certified to administer CPR in an emergency situation.
